It has been waaayyy too long since I've posted photos! I now have an overwhelming number of images I'd like to share with you, but to start with here are a few more from Lithuania.

fire, water, and music

I took a walk through Vilnius last night, and came upon this amazing festival. In addition to all the fire and dancing (with fire), there were traditional songs being played. It was all hauntingly beautiful.

This little guy lived with his mother on the farm on which I worked, although they were not farmers. But they were both definitely part of the community.

I just finished my first WWOOFing experience, and decided that I want to work on a photography project on organic farming. These photos are from a little farm in northern Italy I worked on for 2 weeks earlier this month.
These are some photos of the people working on the farm. I will share more of the farm itself, veggies, etc.

first post from abroad

I've been in Lithuania almost a month, and feel like my photography so far doesn't have much of a focus. I want to start working on some photo essays, and have been tossing around a few ideas. In the mean time, I've been taking lots of touristy pictures, and trying to make some artistic as well. Here are a few of my favorites! Let me know what you think!
